They are machine made but diamonds are set beautifully by human hands.
2) Can you make the Rings as per our size?
We make ring sizes falling between the UK size – J ½ to Z ½ and US size – 5 to 12 ¾
3) Do we have to pay the shipping cost?
Yes, of course. The amount as applicable for the destination country will appear in the shopping cart of our website and in our every quotation to you.
4) Do we pay in currency other than US Dollars?
The prices on our website and in our quotations are expressed in US dollar only. Currency conversion rates vary according to payment made by you, which is to be noted.
5) Can you drop ship?
Yes, provided we get the full advance payment and the consignee address details in full.
6) Do you have a paper catalogue of your company products or it’s all on disk?
Yes we do have a paper product catalogue which showcases some of our Jewellery Styles. We can also email a soft copy of our products.
7) Which payment method do you accept?
We accept 100% Advance Payment only via Bank Transfer/ PayPal.
8) Is there a minimum order?
We have a minimum order amount of $5000.00
9) What is the workforce of the company?
We have 350 people working for our company.
10) How do I know whether my diamond is a conflict diamond or not?
We guarantee that our diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge & which states clearly on our Invoices.
11) Does the company do any trade shows?
Yes, we do exhibit in Trade shows like JCK Las Vegas, Hong Kong (March – September), Basel, IIJS, & Dubai International Jewellery Week.
12) Do you provide any kind of authentication certificate for your products? If yes, which are the ones?
Yes, if there is a customer request for an authentic certificate, then we can do certification like GIA, IGI, EGL, but there is an extra charge for every certification.
13) What is the earliest delivery date we can have for a Sales Order?
3 to 4 weeks from the date of receipt of payment.
14) Why are your diamond prices so high?
We have diamonds right from VS to I2; please let us know what range and quality you’re looking for. We are manufactures of diamonds and produce 25000 carats every month. We haven’t received complains from any of our cliental that our prices are high.
15) Can I get a shipment Urgent?
Yes, an urgent shipment requirement will take 2 weeks.
16) Do I receive the packing list on the same day of shipment?
You will receive the packing list either on same day or on the next day.
17) Do you change diamond rates? When?
We change the diamond rates only when the overall diamond industry prices are refreshed and usually that happens every 3 - 4 months.
18) Can you ship us the merchandise from your offices international? i.e. Belgium, Hong Kong
We prefer to ship it only from India.
19) Do we get an additional 5 % discount for the first order?
We have given you our best prices.
20) We will select the styles and place an order. Which ever sells we will re-order for those styles in quantity and ship back the rest of the merchandise which didn’t sell. This will be only for the first time - order?
Instead you can try lesser styles for which you are confident rather than shipping back.
21) Is there a charge for ordering merchandise in Nickel safe? How much is the charge?
Yes there is a charge of $1.75 per gram for Nickel safe for 14KT.
22) Can we also order loose diamonds from you since your parent company manufactures loose diamonds? Or do we need to contact your parent company?
