1) Do you Stock ?
    • No , ours is a made to order production .

2) Do you make jewelry as per our designs ?
    • Yes , provided you are our regular customers .

3) Do you give discount on bulk purchases ?
    • No . But for our regular customers , we have introduced “ More volume , more gains ”       benefits w.e.f. 1st Aug.2008 .

4) What is your return policy ?
    • In case of returns , subject to the prior approval of H. K. Designs (India) , 20% of the        Invoice value will be deducted , and refunded accordingly . However , no returns will be        accepted which shows signs of wear and are altered , resized or damaged by a jeweller        other than H. K. Designs (India) and which are received uninsured and improperlypackaged.        H. K. Designs (India) shall not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipment .

5) Do you give credit ? Why not ?
    • It is our company policy to take full advance payment . That way , we ensure safety ,        consistency and profitability .

6) What if you don’t supply after payment ?
    • We have a reputation to keep up to , of our $ 250 million business group        www.diamondbyhk.com . So , we would rather enhance our reputation and there by , the        customer - base .

7) Will my order come with a certificate ?
    • If you wish , we provide IGI / GIA / EGL grading certificate at an extra cost of US $ 40 /- per       jewelry pc. These companies are not related to us , but are reputed certification agencies       with offices worldwide .

8) What if my shipment is damaged , stolen or lost ?
    • All our shipments are fully insured free to you .

9) Can you give delivery in 5 – 7 days ?
    • Your payment by paypal reaches us in 5 days , bank transfer takes 2-3 days . And our        production process takes 5 days to gear up from designing to model making to casting and        so on . We don’t hurry in production . We take time to give you quality products .

10) Why are your prices higher than other ?
      • No , they are not . We source diamonds , cut and polish it and value – adds in to our own          jewelry . So , the big benefits of own sourcing and own production are passed on to you .          Our prices are wholesale prices , we deliver what we promise in the diamond quality ,          graded in – house .

11) What if goods are not as per order ?
      • We give you credit or replace the goods , if there is a rejection due to genuine          manufacturing defects .

12) Do you use diamonds in your jewelry , that are conflict – free ?
      • Yes , we source rough stones directly from the mines , with Kimberley process . We , then ,          cut and polish it in our 7 factories , employing over 5000 persons . And then , we export it /          value – add in our jewelry .

1) Do we have to pay the shipping cost ?
    • Yes , of course . The amount as applicable for the destination country , will appear in the        shopping cart of our website and in our every quotation to you .

2) How do we get our order goods ?
    • We have an arrangement with FedEx and such other reliable carriers . They do all the        formalities and give you door – delivery after collecting tax / duty etc. paid by them , on        your behalf , at the destination airport .

3) Do we pay in currency other than US Dollars ?
    • No , the prices on our website and in our quotations are expressed in US dollar only .        Currency conversion rates vary according to credit card payment made by you , which is to        be noted .

4) Can you drop ship ?
    • Yes , provided we get the full advance payment and the consignee address details in full .

1) Are your jewelry hand made or machine made ?
    • They are machine made but diamonds are set beautifully by human hands .

2) Do you make color stone jewelry ?
    • No . We use only real diamonds in our jewelry .

3) Can you make the Rings as per our size ?
    • We make ring sizes falling between the UK size – J ½ to Z ½ and US size – 5 to 12 ¾ .

4) Can you supply only diamonds ?

5) What if diamond falls from your shipment goods ?
    • If it is manufacturing defect , we shall repair it free .

6) Can I buy only the mounts without the diamonds ?
    • No . We sell diamond studded gold jewelry only, to all our valued customers worldwide,        without exception .

7) Do you use CZ or Synthetic stones in your jewelry ?
    • No . We use only real diamonds in our jewelry .

8) At what retail prices , we should sell your jewelry in our market ?
    • We would not know about that . Your local market trends of demand & supply determines        that .

9) If your jewelry is not sold in our market , will you take it back ?
    • No . You have to assess and select jewelry which runs in your market and make the        purchase accordingly .

10) Can we upload your jewelry designs on our website - ?
    • Yes, it is possible with the payment of suitable royalty.
