The sale represented by our Invoice is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein. No waiver or amendment to the provisions of the terms and conditions of sale shall be binding on H. K. Designs (India) unless approved by H. K. Designs (India) in writing.
Your order and the acceptance of the merchandise that is the subject of our Invoice, shall be deemed your acceptance of these terms and conditions of the sale. |

| PRICE: Our website prices are meant for only the jewellery
wholesalers and Importers worldwide. |

| TAXES: All local taxes, duties including import duties, are to be
borne by the Buyer. |

| SHIPPING CHARGES :The freight charges as applicable, are to be paid by the
Buyer. |

| INSURANCE:The Insurance of the merchandise is provided free to our
Buyer. |
| |
| PAYMENT TERMS:Our payment terms are set forth on the face of our
Invoice. Which is 100% advance payment. This can be
paid thru wire transfer/paypal/moneybookers/credit
cards (visa/master). |

| DISCOUNT: Since our prices are wholesale one, no discount is
offered as a company policy. |
| |
| RETURN POLICY:In case of returns, subject to the prior approvel of
H. K. Designs (India), 20% of the Invoice value will be
deducted, and refunded accordingly. However, no
returns will be accepted which shows signs of wear and
are altered, resized or damaged by a jeweller other than
H. K. Designs (India) and which are received uninsured
and improperly packaged. H. K. Designs (India) shall not
be responsible for loss or damage of return shipment. |

| DIAMOND/GOLD WEIGHT: All Diamond and gold weights are approximate. |

| CERTIFICATE: When you order a jewellery, we can provide you GIA/IGL/EGL certificate [all are well known certification companies with offices worldwide] at an extra cost, as applicable, upon your request. |

| DELIVERY OF MERCHANDISE : Your order will be shipped to you within the
stipulated time period, as mutually agreed, from the
date of receipt of your full advance payment, and as
confirmed in our proforma invoice/quotation. |

| ORIGIN OF MANUFACTURE : All merchandise of H. K. Designs (India) are
manufactured in India. |
| |
| JURISDICTION: All dealings in regard to the sale as per our Invoice, are
subject to Mumbai – India Jurisdiction. |
